Solbee

This is frozen juice which can be seen in Mali. The red one is common(Hibiscus, they call bisap) but the others is deferrent from Mali. I recommend white one which is made of baobab fruit!

Domodah

It is same as Maffe (Senegalese food). It is a stew made with meat, onion, tomato and peanut sauce. Eat with plain rice.

Accara

Accara is common street food which is crispy black-eyed-bean fritter(s). It is similar to the Accara elsewhere in West Africa, and has much in common with Tamaya in Egypt and Farafel in Syria.

Sido

As baobab trees are common symbols of the Gambia, its fruits, called “sido”, are common ingredient for sauce, juice and sorbet.
